允许访问图片文件夹以查看图片的.htaccess文件？

我在以下URL上有一个图片文件夹。

www.mysite.com/uploads/

在另一个页面上：

www.mysite.com/search.php/

我试图访问这些图片，使用正确的标签链接，但是我得到了以下错误信息：

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /uploads/ on this server.
